My little girl(4yrs old) used to sleep well, maybe waking once a night? These last few weeks she awakes not less than 4 times through the night, asking me then to sit with her wile she falls asleep again. I'm so tired and don't know what it is that causes her to wake up so much? please advise...

Is your child in a daycare, or are you a stay at home mom. I am a working mom, my daughter is 2 years old and does not wake up at night and sleeps right through. Its best the the child not to sleep after 15:00 in the afternoon, and to let the child stay active up until bath time. You will see by the time you get to bed she will be nice and tired. Also try using bedtime bath from Johnson and Johnson in her bath water as well as the Lotion, as it has lavender and other calming essence in it to make her more relaxed. Hope the advice is of assistance to you.

Kids of this age sometimes start having bad dreams, could that be her problem? If so, it'll in all likelihood settle down naturally as long as you are calm and supportive.

My daughter has just turned 5 and is going through the same thing. She does not sleep during the day and is very active. I am trying some rescue tablets (all natural). I only started her on them a few days ago but can already see an improvement. You can get them at Dischem or any other pharmacy!

My daughter has been doing the same for a while now. I went to a herbal shop and found something to help her sleep. Its working! Go do the same. But make sure its herbal.
