I am not sure if I'm allowed to advertise my services on this forum, but I'd love to share that I'm a yoga instructor and have lately been getting a few requests to teach a prenatal yoga class in my area. I also teach baby yoga for babies aged 6 weeks - almost crawling.

So I recently started teaching Preggy yoga class on Saturdays in Tableview.

Doing prenatal yoga can be a wonderful way to put time aside for you and your baby

Some of the many benefits of practicing yoga while pregnant:
Bodies become more flexible, enabling you to adapt to various positions when in labour
The ligaments become more elastic, which in turn can help to reduce labour pain
Boosts circulation
Helps with fluid retention
Posture is improved, helping ease back problems
It encourages breath and body awareness
Improves concentration & focus
Improves strength, muscle tone & balance
Reduces sleeping problems
Puts you intuitively in touch with your body & baby
Promotes a general feeling of wellbeing and a positive outlook on life
Gives renewed vitality , peace of mind & harmony

If any of you ladies are interested, please get in touch for more details.

Thank you!
Fiona

Are you still offering the pregnancy yoga classes? What time, how much and where? I am 25 weeks pregnant.

Thanks
Fiona.
