I had my daughter (now 8) at a very young age so for financial and medical aid reasons, my parents adopted her from me.
I have always been her mother, I've taken care of her since day one and now for the past 4 years have been looking after her financially as well.

From the begining we all agreed that one day the adoption would be reversed, the social worker said that although they hate doing the reversals that this case shouldn't be a problem because everyone agrees.

My parents and I have decided that now is a good time to do the reversal as they feel I am quite capable of looking after her myself.

I just want to know how I go about starting this process, where do I get forms, must I get a lawyer....????

Can anyone help with this one?
