I had a ceasarian birth in September last year. Since then, the skin below my belly button has lost its sensation. If i pinch myself I dont feel anything. The muscles underneath the skin are fine because I do feel pain if press on them. I have been thinking that it will go away at some point but my baby is almost 5 months now without any improvements.

Are there other people who expirienced this? If so, does it get better. When I went for my six weeks checkup with my Dr I forgot to mention it. I was also still under the impression that once I am completely healed, it will be resolved but it still isnt.

Thank you guys for your responses. I was really worried. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week now but I dont see any improvements. If this is the nature of the beast then Im ok. I will write it out of my mind together with the endless stretch marks.
