I am 32 years old and pregnant with my first baby. I am married for 7 years. So why do I feel so guilty about having a baby and why don't I want anyone to know I am pregnant. I am nearly 5 months and still trying to hide my bump? Is this normal.

Maybe you just don't want the attention, because everyone will pay attention since this is your 1st pregnancy. It is also a new thing in your life, something you need to get used to. But the more you let people know the more comfortable you will start to feel.

I can't tell whether it was planned or unplanned. If unplanned you feel ashamed probably for "making a mistake" even though youre married. If planned, I think you're trying to hold onto something you feel you're going to lose with the pregnancy. Maybe you're very scared of what's waiting and hiding the bump is postponing the reality. A lot of people pronouce that they never want kids, and when they eventually do want kids, its like they have to explain themselves. Whatever the reason, hiding the bump is trying to hide the reality - and only from yourself. Don't be too hard on yourself. Relax. You have a life in there. Your baby in your body. Enjoy it. The rest will take care of itself.
