You need to read the Children's Act, and familiarise yourself with the contents.
Basically, the law says that the parent with primary care
may not move away from the area where the other parent is resident. If they do, they may lose primary care i.e.
you will end up with primary care. Of course, if you're quite happy with the arrangement, and with only seeing your children when it suits your ex, then that's a different matter altogether. The bottom line is your ex does not have the right to move away and take the children with her.
