I have been the sole legal guardian to my 4 grandchildren for 11 1/2 years. Due to the new law on terrorism our insurance company now require my Husband to show support documentation for insurance coverage. They are denying us coverage in a few weeks because my name is the only one on the court documents, even though we have been married over 28 years. How do I go about adding his name as guardian.
