He is humiliating my son on facebook

I am single mother/parent,my son is 6 years old and his father has not been involved in his life since his birth.
I am a facebook user and over the years I have posted numerous pictures of myself and my son (especially his milestones) on facebook ,thinking that it is harmless to do so.

Out of curiousity I visited the facebook profile of my sons father .To my Horror I found that he had photoshoped me out of a picture of my son and placed himself in the picture and he posted this on his facebook profile amongst derogatory pictures of naked women,mens sexual organs, broken test tubes,pictures dagga,there are even pictures of him boasting about smoking dagga and growing it in his back yard

I have asked him to remove my sons picture from his facebook profile and he has point blank refused.I have quoted him in italic.

"EXcuse me women who are you 2 tell me what 2 do,why r u checkng my profile out in da 1st place,

I am absolutely disgusted and furious as hell. I want to know what I can to protect my child from this man who is publically humiliating him.How can you do such a thing??Its sick.
I did not ÉVER think that posting my sons pictures on facebook will ever cause him harm :'(

Firstly, you don't have to stop posting photos. Just go into your settings and tighten up your security of who can view your albums.

Secondly, any pornographic images violate Facebook's terms of use, so you can report him to Facebook Admin.

Lastly, after you have saved print screen images of your correspondence with him, i suggest you block him asap.

Take screen shots and present it to the cops... get his ass thrown in jail!
Then tighten up your FB security so he cannot view your stuff!

Hi BruinChic,

Its really sad to hear that some men can do this to thier offspring as a father nothing gives me greater pleasure then seeing(when I do see her)my daughter happy and knowing she has been fed & will be sleeping in warm bed.
What you should do is block him from your FB account & restrict what is displayed to the public. Give access only to your inner circle.

Hi,

With the latest Child protection act, you can have him in serious trouble. Print the photos, and take it to Child welfare.
