Hi all I need serious help,I have a beautiful girl that's a few days old by a 14 year old girl,I know it sounds sick but ya,the thing is I'm at a saps training academy and can't get to see my baby often,I want my parents to have full custody of the child,finincialy my girlfriends mother can't take care of the child and can only rely on me and my parents,she is a single parent with to beautiful daughters both having their own dads they do everything in their. Power not to let my get get the child for a day,basicaly me and my parents do everything but I want real legal advise as to what me and my parents can do to get full custody of the child,there's alota problems we having with them,to much to mention,any advise will be much appreciated and plz keep comments to yourself I'm at a breaking point,plz people HELP:(

You will have to go to the court and file for custody they will then summons her to appear in court. they will have a look to see if she is a unfit mother etc. you would have to prove that you take care of all the needs for your baby.
Unfrotunately if she wants to be nasty about it she can say you forced her into sleeping with you etc. then your baby could land up in welfare.
so the best thing is to maybe get a lawyer to help you. Good Luck and i hope things come right.

I doubt if you will get custody from my experience. You will need to go to the Childrens Court and apply for custody after which the Advocate of the Court will investigate the case and then make a recommendation to the court after which a court order will be issued. She cannot keep the child away from you and you should have visitation rights - but I doubt if they will let you take such a young child away from the mother. The mother can claim maintenance from you and from the grandparents of the child - in other words if you cannot support the child she can claim from your parents. As a policeman you should know not to sleep with young children - she must have been about 13 years old - you will be fortunate if they do not nail you for rape! You will also obviously need to pay maintenance as well to the mother. The only way you will get sole custody, or as it is now called , sole care, is if she is a bad mother, drunkard and drug addicted, etc. otherwise she will get care of the child and you both will have full guardianship over legal matters.

To the OP - if the mother can't afford to support the child then you aren't paying enough maintenance (are you paying any?) When you say that you and your parents "do everything" - do you mean financially or do you mean that you and your parents actually look after the baby 24 hours a day, feeding, changing, bathing etc?

You've ruined this girl's life already and now you also want to take her baby away from her? I don't have words to describe what a pig you are.

there is so, SO much that is wrong with this story. You shouldn't have custody of this baby. You couldn't even be responsible enough not to sleep with a child, so how can you possibly be trusted to raise one?? say what you want about it taking two to tango and all that, but YOU were the adult in the situation and YOU should have known better. YOU should be arrested and charged with rape, not be receiving training to be a police officer.

Let me understand something here...you said she is 14 years old and she has two other children...ha! Are you sure she's 14? according to my calculations she must have been 10 or 11 when she had her first child...does this make sense...
