Hi everyone,

I need some advice/outside input on this.

Is it so bad if the other parent (visiting) stays in a one bedroom place and only see his/her child 4 nights a months (every second weekend)? Other than that, the child has his/her own blow up comic bed (cars/barbie/Ben10) for when they visit.

They have there own play area inside the house with all there toys and drawings on the wall (and the fridge). They're clothes are packed in they're own cupboard space?

Can the other parent refuse access to the other parent ONLY based on the one bedroom space? Whilst the other parent claims that they stay 80% at the new lovers house and the rest at there parents house?

All comments welcome.. note that I have typed this not as a mother nor from a fathers point of view.

It's not up to one parent to decide if the other can spend time with the child. This might be a job for a mediator who can help both sides to come together.
