My 21yo has had a two year gap but now wants to go and do a bridgeing study course (Which I am against) - she returned from working overseas for 8months with some spare cash which is now spent - she now wants to come back onto my son and mine's medical ai, which the medical aid will allow for a dependant of member but she must be a registered student. Problem is that she is using a pill that costs R300.00 per month and wants the medical aid to fund that. We have a limit of R5000 over the counter meds per year - this means she is using R3600pa just for her pill which is used for cosmetic purposes (bad skin) - I don't believe I should pay the cost of the pill and that she should get a cheaper version or apply for it herself or find her own medical aid - what do you think ??
