Hey everyone.

I hope your doing well. I am really confused right now and I need some help figuring this out.

My question is ... Is it humanly possible to be pregnant 11 months? Here is my story.

November 20 2005, I had intercourse with my sons mother. The next day I went away on business only to return on the 13 of January 2006.. about a week later she told me she was pregnant.

I was monitoring the pregnancy until June 10th when I left for Italy...in fact every month I asked her " What did the doctor say about your due date" She said Mid August. This makes perfect sense ..its a 40 week term.

BUT our son was born SEPTEMBER 26 2006! So thats almost 6 weeks overdue.

And whats even more crazy.. HERE PROFILE RECORDED A 38 WEEK PREGNANCY! THIS MEANS THAT SHE HAD 2 MORE WEEKS TO GO?! So she was actually due OCTOBER 7-11?

The first DNA Test stated I was the father... BUt.. after I saw the transcribe my ethnicity (American).. The results stated I was Colored and I was the father? So I tried to organized a second DNA test... the ex changed her number 3 times! When I finally got the test it said I was the father!

But I know something isnt right. Last year in feb 2011.. I asked her how long she was pregnant... she said "9 months" Then I told her based on the date we had sex to the date our son was born its was almost 11 months or 45.6 weeks. The she quickly said" Pregnancy is 10 months, even my friend was pregnant for 10 months...

Then I demanded to see her profile. AND IT STATED..38 Weeks! THis means that she conceived in January 2006 . Our son even weight a normal 6 pounds which is the average of 38 weeks?! After this ...She started saying she was pregnant 9 months?!

Whats even more frustrating... recently when we went to court to finalize my financial for maintenance... I told the judge I want to appeal this and as I have overwhelming proof that the ex conceived in January 2006. I explained to her the 10 month pregnancy. Once I said the the EX TOLD THE JUDGE THAT I WAS SLEEPING With HER IN JANUARY? She did this to make it consistent with her pregnancy.

The fact remains I slept with her NOVEMBER 20,2005, Not in January Feb, March. I talked to 3 different doctors and they all say its not way my son could be mine... Most women would be begging the doctors to induse them after there due date.. ALso the placenta starts to fail and it will increase the chances of still birth.

I am really confused.

Usally any doctor that knows what he is doing will either do a c-section or induction at about 42 weeks. After that the chances of getting complications ar extremely high.

I would suggest that you do another test, at a doctor that neither of you know and that a request be submitted that both of you be contacted with the results and that the results be presented by the dotor which did them.

You did not say anything of how you got confirmation that you are the farter when you did the other tests. Which i gather the ex probably told you over the phone.

Do another one. If this one says you are the father, then you are. It is also a possibilaty that the doctor got the weeks wrong, but if she conceived late November then the baby should have been born late August, beginning September. If she was overdue.

no need to be confused. Obviously the baby isn't yours. However, don't punish the baby by not fathering it. The baby is innocent and needs you.

Two questions:

1. How much can your wife love you, if she cheated on you?

2. Why must you look after somebody else's offspring?

Send her to her lover.

I conceived in November, Due date (40 weeks) end August (my son arrived early, end July)- could have carried to 42 weeks - mid September... Often due dates change by a week or two... I hope it is your son as you have clearly been a part of his life up until now. But rather do another paternity test if your own peace of mind.

Who keeps on sending the tests away? Is it a doctor that your ex knows?
Insist on your OWN doctor and let her go to him so that you can be sure that its YOUR sperm that is being tested.
Also - sometimes they dont' read ALL the markers... They stop looking after a certain amount of markers are compatible with the kid... in other words - CLOSE FAMILY OF YOURS! Like a brother or somebody equally close. Insist on a fully comprehensive test with all the markers checked to rule out a family member of yours having fathered the child.

Hi. I'm really sad to have read your story.

It is really impossible to carry a baby for (almost)11 months!

She cheated on you. end of story!

I'm actually very angry at women trying to do this to guys to deny that they are sleeping around!
